    Position Overview

    As a Commercial Plumber, you will perform installations of new plumbing systems, inspect and maintain existing piping, and respond to service calls for repairs. You'll coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure each job adheres to blueprints and local plumbing codes. This full-time, on-site role includes opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

    What You'll Do

    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
    Install, repair, and maintain water, waste, and vent piping systems
    Fit and secure fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and backflow preventers
    Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and pressure issues in commercial plumbing networks
    Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and safety checks
    Ensure compliance with applicable plumbing codes, health regulations, and OSHA standards
    Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

    What You Bring

    3+ years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction and renovation projects
    Journeyman Plumber license (Master Plumber preferred)
    Proficiency with pipe materials (PVC, copper, steel) and installation techniques
    Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and hydraulic systems
    Excellent blueprint-reading and layout capabilities
    Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
    Reliable attendance and a steadfast commitment to safety
    OK Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License preferred

    Pay & Benefits

    Pay Range: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
    Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday, with optional overtime

This full-time, on-site role offers consistent hours, optional overtime, and a clear path for career growth.What You’ll DoRead and interpret HVAC blueprints, schematics, and duct designsInstall, align, and secure air handlers, condensers, furnaces, chillers, and ductworkWire thermostats, controls, and electrical panels per manufacturer specificationsCharge systems with refrigerant and perform leak tests to ensure airtight operationCalibrate airflow, temperature, and pressure settings for balanced comfortConduct start-up procedures, system performance tests, and client walkthroughsFollow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and local code requirementsWhat You Bring2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experienceEPA Section 608 certification (Type I, II, or III) required; NATE certification preferredProficiency with sheet metal fabrication, ductwork layout, and pipe fittingStrong electrical wiring skills and familiarity with HVAC controlsHands-on experience with refrigerant handling and leak detection toolsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilitiesReliable attendance record and commitment to safety and qualityOK Apprentice or Journeyman Mechanical license preferred.Pay & BenefitsPay Range: $20.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
