Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Support the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of petroleum, convenience store, and fueling facility projects.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.Review contracts, construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Track project progress, costs, schedules, and subcontractor performance.Process and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.Attend project meetings and maintain accurate project records.Help ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.Travel to project sites throughout Florida and the Southeast as required.Preferred Qualifications
