Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: Pay: Starting at $23/hr during training and evaluation period. Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance and leadership ability
Hours: Morning/afternoon shift
We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Lead to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, staying organized, and helping maintain a clean, efficient kitchen. You'll work alongside the team while helping ensure standards are being followed and daily operations stay on track.
Responsibilities:
Support and guide the kitchen team during service
Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
Ensure prep and daily tasks are completed
Assist with scheduling and labor management when needed
Help train and support new team members
Communicate any operational issues to ownership
What We're Looking For:
Kitchen experience required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable leading a team and holding standards
Weekend availability required
