  KITCHEN LEAD
  
  Location: San Francisco, CA
  Pay: Pay: Starting at $23/hr during training and evaluation period. Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance and leadership ability
  
  Hours: Morning/afternoon shift 
  
  We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Lead to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
  
  This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, staying organized, and helping maintain a clean, efficient kitchen. You'll work alongside the team while helping ensure standards are being followed and daily operations stay on track.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide the kitchen team during service
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
  • Ensure prep and daily tasks are completed
  • Assist with scheduling and labor management when needed
  • Help train and support new team members
  • Communicate any operational issues to ownership

  Our Potrero Hill location is looking for a host / Front-of-house support. 
  
  Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalismManage waitlists, and table rotations Monitor dining room flow and communicate with kitchen/service staffMaintain cleanliness for front of house Assist servers with bussing, refills, and running food/drinks when neededHandle basic guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints; escalate when necessaryProcess guest payments and gratuity distribution as requiredRequirements:1+ year in a hospitality or restaurant front-of-house role preferredExcellent verbal communication and customer-service skillsComfortable using POS systems and phone etiquetteTeam player, calm under pressure, reliable and punctualAbility to stand for extended periods Fun facts: flag ship store coming soon.
