We're Hiring: Supervising Attorney - VAWA Division
Location: In-Office - El Paso, Texas
Lead. Mentor. Advocate. Make a Difference.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee investigations to ensure thoroughness and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to attorneys, fostering growth and excellence.
Offer expertise and guidance on complex immigration and VAWA matters.
Schedule, cover, or secure coverage for AOS interviews as needed.
Ensure high performance by leveraging evaluation tools and supporting team accountability.
Collaborate across teams to maintain the highest standards of client service and advocacy.
Take on special projects and responsibilities with adaptability and initiative.
What You Bring:
JD from an accredited university.
Active bar membership in any U.S. state (Texas preferred).
Extensive experience in immigration law, with a focus on VAWA cases strongly preferred.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing attorneys or legal professionals.
Strong courtroom and USCIS advocacy experience.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) - essential for connecting with our clients.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Skilled in MS Office and Google Suite.
Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and mentoring abilities.
