Below are some of the items you will be responsible for: • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for projects, • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs to review with Sr. Estimator and/or Estimating Manager, • Prepare attractive, accurate, and competitive bid packages, • Review contract documents and recommend scope changes prior to execution, • Detail unusual or challenging conditions within construction documents, • Prepare and answer questions for Production personnel. Desired Skills and Experience: • Interest in learning and understanding the Construction industry, • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, • Proficient in MS Excel (no coding req.), estimating software a plus, • Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical behavior, • Self-motivated, self-starter, effective time manager, • Highly organized, efficient, detail oriented, • Strong math foundation, • Bachelor's Degree.
