    Key Responsibilities

    Punch Item Execution

    Perform detailed walkthroughs of renovated units and common areas to identify remaining punch-list items.

    Execute minor repairs and finishing tasks, including drywall patching, painting touch-ups, caulking, trim work, hardware installation, and light fixture replacement.

    Ensure all items meet CPR’s quality control standards and client specifications.

    Project Support

    Assist project managers and supers with daily renovation workflows.

    Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, and delays to the project manager in real time.

    Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to complete specialty punch items outside of scope (e.g., flooring, plumbing, HVAC).

    Quality Control & Reporting

    Document completed punch work with before/after photos and notes in CPR’s project management platform.

    Track time, labor, and materials used on punch activities for accurate job costing.

    Verify that all punch items are completed prior to client walk-throughs and sign-offs.

    Collaboration

    Work closely with CPR’s vendors, subcontractors, and in-house staff to maintain schedule deadlines.

    Support multiple projects across CPR’s portfolio as needed, including unit turns and capital renovations.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in multifamily renovations, unit turns, or residential/commercial punch-out work.

    Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and general finish work.

    Ability to read scopes of work, work orders, and punch lists.

    High attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

    Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    The Territory Manager will oversee CPR’s portfolio in the upstate, serving as the primary client and vendor liaison for all services within these markets. This role ensures that property managers receive seamless support across janitorial, maintenance, renovations, and capital projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple projects, and has a strong background in property services or facilities management.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client & Vendor Management

    Act as CPR’s on-the-ground representative for property managers in Augusta and Columbia and Upstate SC 

    Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all service requests and projects are executed on time, within budget, and to CPR’s standards.

    Oversee vendor performance, coordinate scheduling, and resolve issues proactively.

    Source and onboard new vendors to strengthen CPR’s network in both territories.

    Operational Oversight

    Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties and projects, from unit turns to large-scale renovations.

    Track progress in CPR’s work order and project management systems (UpKeep, MaintainX, JobTread).

    Ensure field teams and vendors follow scope, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

    Provide timely updates and reporting to the Head of Operations and clients.

    Financial & Performance Management

    Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability across accounts.

    Support estimating and quoting for new projects, ensuring competitive pricing and healthy margins.

    Track KPIs such as quote turnaround, project completion time, and client satisfaction.

    Identify opportunities to expand CPR’s service footprint and grow revenue in the territory.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in property management, facilities services, construction, or vendor management.

    Strong knowledge of multifamily or commercial property operations preferred.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different locations.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Proficiency with digital work order and project management tools (e.g., MaintainX, UpKeep, JobTread, Invoice2Go).

    Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to travel between Augusta and Columbia.
