General Production Worker CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Production Labor position in the Newmarket, NH area. Schedule: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM4:30 PM Pay: $17.00$18.00 per hour Responsibilities: Load and unload materials onto punch press machines. Perform basic punch press operations following training and qualification requirements. Stamp patterns onto metal products according to production specifications and requirements. Complete general production and manufacturing duties as assigned. Perform breakout and deburring operations to remove excess material and ensure product quality. Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Desired Background/Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not necessary. Other Information: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 15 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
