Summary This position will be responsible for inspecting a sampling of Data Entry orders and preventing errors from being sent out and rejected by the county recorder or the client. The position helps the Quality Inspection line of business achieve a valuable final product that exceeds industry standards. Essential Functions Maintaining statistical quantity, quality, and viability. Inspect orders for errors. Accurately record results from their inspections. Identify areas that need further materials in writing or need to be revised. Identify people needing correction. Send correction requests to the Quality Review Specialist or Vendor Quality Manager when an individual has a repeating misunderstanding on a procedural point. This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate. Perform other related duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills, rarely position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Job Summary This position plays a vital role in the intake, reconciliation, and management of sensitive documentation, including original loan files and negotiable instruments. The Processor ensures all materials are accurately logged, inventoried, and handled in accordance with service level agreements and quality standards, while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all files. Essential Functions Receive collateral files and prepare them for scanning and digital processing. Perform document scanning and manage post-scan quality control and file organization. Reconcile file contents stored at Iron Mountain with inventory records to ensure accuracy. Process incoming mail and shipments, verifying contents against manifests and logging materials. Manage undeliverable addresses in compliance with contractual requirements. Prepare outbound documents for distribution, including folding and envelope stuffing. Meet established performance metrics related to task volume and accuracy. Support additional duties as assigned by management. Summary The Commercial Real Estate Servicing Analyst is responsible for performing core servicing functions for CMBS and K-Deal securitizations. This role ensures accurate reconciliation of loan data and cash flows, compliance with servicing standards, and timely reporting to trustees and certificate administrators. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial reconciliations while maintaining high standards of customer service. This position is classified as a Transactional Employee (TE). Transactional Employees are assigned to work on an "as needed" or project basis. The variable nature of the transactional role cannot guarantee a 40-hour work week. Transactional employees are typically designated to work on a deal or a particular client assignment. At times, work may be reduced, and there may be occasional periods of no work. Efforts will be made to assign work, but work is entirely dependent on client needs.
