Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and self-disciplined 1099 Independent Contractor to join our team as a Door-to-Door Lead Generator. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads for two growing companies:
You will represent both organizations in the field, canvassing neighborhoods to identify potential clients interested in mental health support or fencing/sod services. This is a commission-heavy, performance-driven position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and earning based on results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential areas (10+ hours per week dedicated to Covenant Youth Empowerment).Engage homeowners and residents in friendly, professional conversations to generate qualified leads.Educate potential customers about the services offered by Covenant Youth Empowerment (mental health counseling) and Debonair Fence and Lawn (fence and sod installation).Collect accurate contact information and qualifying details from interested prospects.Track and submit daily/weekly lead reports.Meet or exceed monthly lead and signup targets.Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times while representing both companies.Work independently while following company guidelines and scripts (provided).Compensation (1099 Contractor)
Covenant Youth Empowerment (Mental Health Outreach):$15.00 per hour for 10 hours of documented door-to-door outreach per week.$100 bonus per successful signup (requires a completed initial assessment).Debonair Fence and Lawn (Fence & Sod Services):$400.00 flat monthly base pay for consistent door-to-door lead generation efforts.$300.00 commission per successful signup.Total Earning Potential:Requirements
Must be authorized to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the United States.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable approaching strangers and holding engaging conversations.Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.Smartphone with reliable internet access for lead tracking and reporting.Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.Previous door-to-door, sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.Must pass a background check (if required by local regulations).Professional appearance and positive attitude.What We Offer

Our core values are patience, integrity, respect, love, and creativity.The Mental Health Therapist position is responsible for meeting with clients (children, adolescents and adults) in person or via telehealth to provide individual and family counseling as well as case management and coping skills training. The therapist is required to be in-office three days each week and to provide 30 hours of direct services to clients each week.
The best candidate for this position will have experience in core mental health services in Georgia. Candidates who do not have experience in core mental health services in Georgia will not be considered.
Candidates should have knowledge of community current therapeutic approaches and have experience delivering therapeutic services in home and community settings.
Candidates must demonstrate ability to follow stated treatment goals, objectives, and interventions. Candidates must demonstrate ability to create and update treatment plan goals, objectives and interventions for the person serve.
Candidates must have knowledge or BIRP note writing style and must show high proficiency with writing BIRP notes which includes quality and timeliness of BIRP note submissions.
Duties to include:
1. Provides counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to consumers and families as appropriate to needs; prepare treatment plans, discharge summaries, monthly summaries, BIRP Note and crisis intervention, as well as emergency services as needed
2. Provides and/or arranges for therapeutic interventions as appropriate for consumers in a crisis condition and for those with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).
3. Schedule weekly sessions and submit appropriate documentation.
4. Document services provided in BIRP format using Sharenote system
5. Adhere to 48 hour documentation turnaround time
Requirements:
For licensed professionals, candidate must be licensed in the state of Georgia
Counselor must be capable of providing therapy to youths and adults.
Must have the ability to find community linkages and connect clients with other needed community service
Must be able to provide 3 references.
Must have or qualify to obtain CPI certification
Must have or qualify to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications
Must have dependable transportation for travel to downtown and Greater Atlanta area.
Job Related:
Experience working with clients who suffer from substance abuse and mental health problems is a plus.
The ability and knowledge to work with "high risk" individuals at times.
Must be able to utilize great communication and analytical skills.
Must have advanced knowledge of therapy application and mental health
field
