What You'll Be Doing
Lead and guide a team of carpenters on custom home projectsExecute framing and finish work with precision and prideInterpret and apply architectural plans, elevations, and detailsMaintain an orderly, safe, and respectful job siteCommunicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the internal teamCollaborate with Project Supervisors to keep timelines on trackUphold Covenant's high standards of quality and professionalismWhat You Bring
Several years of hands-on carpentry experience (frame to finish)Strong layout skills: floors, walls, roofs, windows, and trimAbility to lead a team, manage materials, and make decisions in the fieldComfort reading plan sets and solving problems on the flyRespectful, professional attitude toward clients and coworkersFamiliarity with job site safety procedures and leadership in that areaValid driver's license and reliable transportationAuthorization to work in the U.S.Why Work with Covenant
