We're Hiring: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) We are a behavioral health organization seeking a passionate and skilled BCaBA to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. What You'll Do: Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention and skill training programs (caseload ≤ 20) Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavioral Analysis Support Plans (BASPs), and Quarterly Progress Reports Monitor and analyze behavioral data weekly; adjust programs as needed Train and coach direct care staff on program implementation and fidelity Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and guardians Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory reporting deadlines What We're Looking For: Active BCaBA certification (required) Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field 1+ year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills CPR
