Responsibilities
Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding customer service to guests.Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills.Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including handling phone systems efficiently.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.Experience
