Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing personal injury cases in pre-litigation
Assist with intake of personal injury cases
Assist with pre-litigation matters, such as auditing and managing the case managers, and handling escalations from clients, including issues such as medical treatment or investigations
Requirements:
Minimum three years of experience with personal injury pre-litigation
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Spanish is a plus
Ability to be organized, and manage others, in a team environment
Other Requirements:
This is a full time, in person, salary position, with minimum 5 days per week, and 8 hours per day and minimum 40 hours per week, required
