    We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our company’s growth engine. This is a key inside sales position responsible for qualifying inbound leads (especially from SEO and marketing efforts), cold calling outbound prospects, and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. Perfect for a proactive, energetic communicator who wants to be part of a collaborative sales team and grow into a high-impact sales career.
    Key Responsibilities:Inbound Lead Qualification Quickly respond to and assess inbound leads generated from SEO, web forms, and content campaigns.Qualify leads based on specific criteria (such as BANT, MEDDIC, or internal guidelines).Manage handoffs to the appropriate Account Executive for discovery or closing. Outbound Cold Prospecting         Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to targeted accounts and decision-makers.     Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms to identify and reach prospects.       Create interest, overcome objections, and generate new sales opportunities. Meeting Scheduling        Book a consistent volume of qualified meetings with prospective clients.      Coordinate calendars with AEs and ensure clear handoff notes and context for each lead.CRM and Pipeline Hygiene         Accurately log all activity in IFS our CRM         Track lead stages and maintain up-to-date records of all communications.        Support reporting on weekly and monthly KPIs.  

    Skills, Background and knolwedge: 1–2 years of inside sales, business development, or SDR/BDR experience (B2B environment preferred).Strong understanding of lead qualification and outbound prospecting techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a growth mindset and desire to move up in a sales organization.

    Summary  The CDL Driver will be responsible and oversee the loading and unloading of the trailer to ensure efficiently. Transport and deliver products to customer by applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and roads in the area. The CDL Driver will be responsible for driving to and from designated location, verifying load to shipping papers, maintaining record of duty status according to state and federal regulations and performing pre-trip and post trip inspections.

    Office DutiesThe Project Coordinator role is expected to maintain a presence in the office when not assigned and deployed to a specific project, or on a project in a coaching, training, or evaluation capacity to further develop project management team members.     Understanding the cyclical nature, seasonal demands, and potential inconsistency of the operational needs allows for opportunities to work remotely. Provided the current business and operations’ demands do not dictate the need for the Project Coordinator to be either deployed or actively engaged in the physical office location, remote work may be performed on a case-by-case basis, day-to-day, or weekly basis with prior written communication, approval, and/or agreement by department leadership.
