Schedule inspection appointments with customers, ensuring mutually convenient dates and times.Review work acknowledgments and test reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality control compliance.Manage, process, and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.Assist with accounts receivable (AR) resolution processes related to inspection services, as needed.Process annual renewals of inspection agreements and contracts.Enter and maintain new inspection and monitoring agreements within the service management system.Manage and monitor third-party reporting platforms and ensure timely updates and compliance.Attend Inspection Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings, provide status updates, and document meeting minutes.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Company DescriptionOur Seattle office has an opportunity for a Service Administrator.
