    Are you a culinary professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and support our Executive Chef in delivering high-quality meals, leading kitchen operations, and creating a positive team environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Partner with the Executive Chef to manage daily food service operations. Ensure meals are prepared on time and up to quality standards. Monitor inventory and place orders as needed. Support, train, and mentor kitchen staff. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols. Step in and oversee kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is away.

    Schedule

    This position follows a rotational hitch schedule: 5 weeks on, 10 days off. Flexibility to work this schedule is required.

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong culinary knowledge, including food preparation and safety standards. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to manage operations with minimal supervision. Safe Serve certification required. Experience with Rational equipment and basic computer skills are a plus.

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot or cold environments (kitchen and freezer conditions). Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment. Employment Type: Full Time

    Kitchen Manager – Corporate Hospitality Housing

    Are you a strong kitchen leader with a passion for food, teamwork, and operational excellence? Corporate Hospitality Housing is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee operations, lead culinary teams, and ensure our guests receive a consistently high-quality dining experience across multiple locations in West Texas and New Mexico.

    What You’ll Do

    • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
    • Oversee operations across multiple kitchen locations as needed
    • Travel to various camp locations to support and manage kitchen teams
    • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
    • Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that meet guest expectations
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food sanitation standards
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to support professional growth and team development
    • Manage budgets, control costs, and approve invoices
    • Oversee the POS (Toast) system, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation of revenues
    • Respond to customer feedback and resolve food service concerns professionally

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven leadership and shift management experience in high-volume kitchens
    • Experience managing multiple kitchens or food service locations
    • Willingness and ability to travel to different camp locations as needed
    • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
    • Experience with Toast POS (required)
    • Strong skills in ordering, inventory management, and budgeting
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
    • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service
