The Vice President, Design and Construction will oversee the strategic planning, design, and execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The VP will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in design and construction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for design and construction projects Project Management: Oversee the management of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Design Leadership: Provide leadership and direction in the design phase, ensuring innovative and sustainable design solutions Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of design and construction professionalsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in project management, design, or construction 15+ years of experience in design and construction, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role Proven solid project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in design and construction software, and a proven track record of successful project delivery

Current or prior experience on the Real Estate team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans Innovation: Solid focus on innovation and sustainable design Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and drive change

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $196,600 to $337,100 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

The Vice President of Transaction Management & Lease Administration leads all transaction acquisition, disposition, development, and property administration activity for corporate Real Estate Shared Services. They are responsible for developing and implementing all real estate strategies, overseeing transaction delivery and property administration teams to ensure the company's real estate portfolio is performing optimally and aligned with business objectives.
