    Join a high-visibility finance transformation initiative supporting enterprise financial consolidation and reporting. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with deep SAP BPC expertise who enjoys partnering with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to improve reporting accuracy, streamline close processes, and help shape the transition to SAP Group Reporting.


    BUSINESS ANALYST – FINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION & SAP BPC

    Location Plano, TX (remote available)


    COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

    • $90-$95/hr W2 (BOE)

    • Full-time contract

    • Standard business hours


    ROLE IMPACT

    Serve as a key liaison between Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to support enterprise planning, consolidation, and reporting operations. This role combines business analysis, financial systems support, and financial consolidation expertise to drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and issue resolution within SAP BPC. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining reporting integrity, supporting financial close activities, and contributing to the organization's SAP Group Reporting transformation.


    SAP BPC Planning & Consolidation Support

    • Serve as the primary liaison between Accounting, Finance, and IT for SAP BPC Planning and Consolidation support and enhancements

    • Analyze and resolve system, reporting, data, and process issues impacting planning, consolidation, and financial reporting activities

    • Prioritize issue resolution efforts aligned with close, forecast, budgeting, and reporting deadlines

    • Maintain documentation for SAP BPC processes, reporting structures, and support activities

    • Perform impact analysis related to system, data, reporting, and business process changes


    Financial Consolidation & Reporting

    • Support and enhance BPC Consolidation reporting, including Audit, Management, and Ad Hoc reporting

    • Validate consolidated financial results for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

    • Partner with Accounting teams to improve reporting hierarchies, structures, and financial reporting capabilities

    • Analyze consolidated financial results and support financial review processes


    Business Analysis & Requirements Management

    • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for SAP BPC enhancements and process improvements

    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios

    • Facilitate collaboration between Accounting, Finance, and IT stakeholders

    • Support SIT, UAT, reconciliation, and financial data validation activities


    SAP Group Reporting Transition

    • Support the transition from SAP BPC Consolidation to SAP Group Reporting

    • Document current-state processes, reporting structures, and data models

    • Participate in testing, validation, reconciliation, and gap analysis activities

    • Provide SAP BPC subject matter expertise during solution design and transition planning discussions


    Financial Data Integrity & Controls

    • Support reconciliation of financial data between SAP BPC, SAP S/4HANA, and related systems

    • Maintain consistency of financial master data and reporting hierarchies

    • Support internal controls, audit requirements, and reporting compliance activities


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

    • 6+ years of Business Analysis, Financial Systems, Financial Reporting, or related experience

    • Experience supporting financial close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

    • Strong understanding of financial consolidation concepts and enterprise reporting environments

    • Experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting testing activities


    SAP BPC Requirements

    • Hands-on experience supporting SAP BPC Planning and Consolidation (BPC 11.1 on BW/4HANA)

    • Experience with report development, input schedules, and application support

    • Strong understanding of BPC dimensions, hierarchies, and data models

    • Experience using Data Manager packages for data transformation and issue resolution

    • Experience loading and managing data, including flat-file integrations

    • Understanding of driver-based calculations, planning logic, and business rules


    Preferred Skills

    • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments

    • Exposure to SAP Group Reporting implementations, migrations, or transformation initiatives

    • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), OneStream, or Hyperion

    • Accounting, Finance, or Controllership background

    • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

    Requirements:
    * 5-7 years of audit experience in public accounting

    * Active CPA or plan to complete within 12 months
    * Knowledge of federal and NJ/NY state tax laws
    * Experience with tax software (CCH Axcess preferred)

    ROLE IMPACT
    The Chain of Custody Coordinator supports accurate and secure management of collateral throughout the servicing and originations process. This role ensures proper handling, documentation, and reporting of all collateral items while maintaining compliance, quality, and timeliness. The coordinator serves as a key link between internal teams, vendors, and clients to uphold service level standards and process integrity.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Receive and process inbound collateral through mail or electronic channels, ensuring accurate documentation and routing
    • Track and manage collateral according to client-specific chain of custody and disposition guidelines
    • Coordinate and monitor recordation services with authorized third-party vendors
    • Oversee delegated signing authority processes for eSigning or wet-signing events
    • Communicate regularly with program stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary
    • Maintain detailed records and develop reports on collateral in interim or long-term storage
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1–2 years of experience as a mail clerk, and 1–3 years in customer service or related roles
    • Experience in mortgage services, document processing, or loan servicing preferred
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and data entry skills
    • Excellent communication and time management abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    ROLE IMPACT
    The Asset Management Senior Analyst ensures accurate accounting, compliance, and reporting for fixed assets and leased assets in accordance with GAAP. This individual contributor role drives financial integrity through precise asset tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and reporting processes. Success in this role is defined by audit-ready documentation, clean financial close cycles, and continuous process improvements within the SAP ERP environment.


    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy of asset master data, releases, transfers, disposals, and depreciation schedules
    • Execute monthly and quarterly close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and flux (variance) analysis for leadership
    • Administer lease accounting and leased asset records in compliance with GAAP and company capitalization policies
    • Coordinate asset confirmations, internal and external audit requests, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, procurement, IT, and operations
    • Drive process improvements within fixed asset and lease accounting workflows using SAP ERP


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required
    • 3+ years of fixed asset and/or lease accounting experience within 3–10 years of total accounting experience
    • Public accounting experience and hands-on SAP ERP experience required

    • SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
    • Fixed asset accounting systems and capitalization workflows
    • Lease accounting administration and compliance tracking
    • Financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
    • Audit coordination and documentation management
