    Position Overview

    Cornerstone seeks a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support a Digital Engineering (DE) transformation effort focused on missile performance modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A). This role supports government customers in migrating legacy tools, algorithms, and processes into a cloud-native digital engineering pipeline using a phased implementation approach.

    The position focuses on developing and refining end-to-end missile system models using SysML, enabling improved analytical rigor, scalability, and decision support for advanced weapons systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Scope and define requirements for representing missile systems within SysML-based MBSE environments using existing engineering data and analysis

    Develop and maintain end-to-end missile system models, including:

    Requirements (e.g., Circular Error Probable – CEP)

    Structural attributes (e.g., mass properties, moments of inertia)

    Parametric characteristics (e.g., propulsion performance, specific impulse)

    Create a scalable and repeatable workflow for generating new missile models within a digital engineering ecosystem

    Apply, test, and refine MBSE workflows using real-world missile system use cases

    Collaborate with government stakeholders and subject matter experts to optimize modeling approaches and workflows

    Support the transition of legacy MS&A capabilities into a modernized, cloud-enabled digital engineering framework

    Contribute to advancing MBSE adoption across missile performance analysis efforts

    Basic Qualifications

    Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical field

    Demonstrated experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to:

    Aerospace systemsMechanical systemsor related engineering domainsProven experience developing models using:

    SysMLMBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, or Enterprise ArchitectFormal MBSE training or certification (e.g., INCOSE, OMG, or equivalent)

    Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams to define and implement modeling requirements

    Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to support customer adoption of MBSE methodologies

    Desired Qualifications

    5+ years of experience applying SysML specifically within aerospace or missile system applications, including:

    Rocket propulsion systemsSensor systems (e.g., phased array radar)Experience supporting missile performance analysis or weapons system modeling environments

    Position Overview


    Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC will seek an experienced Intelligence Planner (All-Source) to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G-2 intelligence mission. The selected individual will provide operational intelligence planning, all-source analytical support, collection integration, and intelligence synchronization supporting Army Space operations, Missile Defense missions, and Joint Force planning.

    The Intelligence Planner will integrate intelligence from multiple sources to support deliberate and contingency planning, operational assessments, intelligence preparation of the operational environment (IPOE), targeting support, and decision-making across strategic, operational, and tactical echelons.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    Develop intelligence planning products supporting Army Space and Missile Defense operations.
    Conduct all-source intelligence analysis utilizing SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, CYBINT, and other intelligence disciplines.
    Support Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE/IPB).
    Produce intelligence estimates, threat assessments, operational overlays, and mission planning products.
    Develop intelligence annexes, appendices, and supporting documentation for operational plans (OPLANs), CONPLANs, and contingency plans.
    Integrate intelligence requirements into Joint Planning Process (JPP), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), and operational planning activities.
    Coordinate collection requirements with national, theater, and tactical intelligence organizations.
    Analyze adversary capabilities, doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, and emerging threats affecting Army Space and Missile Defense missions.
    Support targeting, collection management, indications and warning, and operational assessments.
    Prepare executive-level briefings, intelligence summaries, and decision-support products for senior leaders.
    Participate in operational planning teams, working groups, and mission synchronization meetings.
    Maintain awareness of emerging space, missile, cyber, electronic warfare, and multi-domain threats.
    Required Qualifications


    Active TS/SCI security clearance.
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    Minimum 10 years of intelligence experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community organizations.
    Experience supporting operational planning at the Combatant Command, Service Component, Army Service Component Command, or Major Command level.
    Strong understanding of:
    Joint Planning Process (JPP)
    Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
    Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE/IPB)
    Collection Management
    Intelligence Synchronization
    Experience preparing intelligence estimates and operational planning products.
    Demonstrated experience integrating multiple intelligence disciplines into operational planning.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
    Desired Qualifications


    Experience working within SCI or Special Access Program environments.
    Graduate degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Strategic Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
    Completion of military intelligence planning courses or Joint Professional Military Education is preferred.

    Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior SIGINT Lead to support the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G-2. The Senior SIGINT Lead will provide technical leadership, mission oversight, and advanced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis supporting Army Space, Missile Defense, Combatant Command, and Intelligence Community missions.

    The selected candidate will lead a team of SIGINT professionals responsible for processing, exploitation, dissemination, target development, technical analysis, intelligence reporting, and operational support activities. This position requires a seasoned intelligence professional capable of integrating complex intelligence data, supporting operational planning, and providing expert recommendations to Government leadership in dynamic mission environments.

    Responsibilities


    Lead and oversee SIGINT analytical operations supporting USASMDC G-2 missions.Supervise and mentor SIGINT analysts supporting operational, strategic, and contingency intelligence requirements.Direct Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) activities.Review, validate, and approve intelligence products and reports for quality and accuracy.Support Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA), Target Analyst Reporting (TAR), and technical SIGINT activities.Integrate SIGINT with GEOINT, All-Source Intelligence, and other intelligence disciplines.Support collection management, mission planning, targeting, and operational assessments.Coordinate with Government leadership, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community organizations, and mission partners.Provide intelligence support to exercises, contingency operations, and real-world mission activities.Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community standards, reporting requirements, and applicable policies.Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of emerging analytical methodologies and technologies.Required Qualifications
