    Fork Lift Operator 2nd Shift Receiving

    Base Pay: $20.00 per hour

    2nd Shift: 3:45 pm - 12:15 am

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    The Forklift Operator is responsible to provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating technical equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics and supporting other warehouse functions to ensure optimal operation of the business.

    JOB DETAILS

    Base Pay $17.75 per hour 

    Shift: 1st shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 Pm Monday - Thursday, overtime as designated 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
    The Windows Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing window components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of residential or commercial windows.

    Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components following production instructions.

    Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials.

    Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications.

    Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues; report any discrepancies.

    Install hardware such as locks, hinges, balances, and handles.

    Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints.

    Safely operate machinery and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

    Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.

    Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals.

    Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on assembly equipment as needed.

    Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

    Frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with tools or machinery.

    May be exposed to noise, dust, or temperature variations depending on the facility.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Slimline products, a catalyst for change and have a sense of urgency. Candidate will report directly to the group leader, and work closely with Process Tech on projects that improve units per person, on time delivery and quality assurance. 

    Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or assembly is a plus.

    Ability to read measuring tape, follow instructions, and perform basic math.

    Skilled with hand tools and power tools.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.

    Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

    Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

    Frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with tools or machinery.

    May be exposed to noise, dust, or temperature variations depending on the facility.

    JOB DETAILS

    Base pay starts at S17.75 - $18.50 per hour

    Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM -  3:30 PM 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Assembler 1 is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.

    Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detailIdentify and segregate Non-Conforming ProductEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workersAbility to train other/new associatesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistMaintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standardsAssemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power toolsQualifications

    Experience with Staple guns, drills, etc preferredMust be able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
