Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety, health, and licensing standards.Maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and other essential systems as assigned.Ensure outdoor areas (lawns, walkways, driveways, etc.) are safe and well-kept.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe, organized manner.Assist with fire and safety drills; ensure emergency exits and equipment remain functional.Document all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities as required.Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and outside vendors for larger repairs or specialized work.Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy and dignity of residents.Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
