The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and product specifications.Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, including cracks, deformations, and surface imperfections.Document inspection findings and report non-conforming products according to company procedures.Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable quality requirements.Assist with internal and external quality audits as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.Technical training or certification in Quality Control or Inspection is a plus.1–2 years of quality inspection experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Required Skills
