    Manager, Strategic Accounts

    The Manager, Strategic Accounts is a key strategic and operational position focused on business and account development with the ultimate goal of maximizing growth for the organization. The Manager, Strategic Accounts will assist with delivering a program that meets client expectations and business requirements. He/she will be at the forefront of our client and nurse relationships, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring the best match between healthcare facilities and our dedicated nursing professionals. He/she will be responsible for assisting the organization with programs, policies, initiatives and workflow systems to ensure our team is meeting their revenue and quality goals.

    How big is your job:

    The Manager, Strategic Accounts drives revenue and relationships in Travel and Strategic Accounts. This role orchestrates the delivery of all areas in the Travel order fulfillment process, paves revenue opportunities and forges critical client relationships to build client loyalty and support the Company's growth strategies. By leveraging the client base and cultivating Company resources, this role will establish Core MedStaff as an invaluable business and service partner. The Manager, Strategic Accounts reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships.

    Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

    Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.Minimum 5 years of staffing and recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a business development and/or sales role. Account management experience is a plus!Ability to take ownership and resolve issues in a wide range of business areas and functions.Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust, maximize relationships and interact with all levels is essential.Excellent writing skills. Articulate and focused.High level capacity to collaborate and influence across teams.Strong forward planning skills.Strong computer and MS suite skills.     Compliance Coordinator

    The Fit:

    Here’s what you’ll do:

    Create and manage personnel files for healthcare professionals. Send out reminder e-mails, texts and calls to nurses with expiring items.Ensure compliance of personnel files with Company and Client requirements and standards.Assess healthcare professional credentials for deficiencies to standards and communicates all issues to Management.Contact healthcare professionals to update missing/expiring credentials and requirements according to established target dates.Utilize internal systems for accurate and current record-keeping of all personnel files.Process background checks, drug screens, and verification of professional licenses, credentials and education.Work with Clients to fulfill requests for personnel information.Communicate directly with internal and external staff to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and timely. Provides excellent customer service to all parties.Process reactivations and rehires. Facilitate completion of all required items and pushing these nurses to work.Front desk duties which include getting a schedule from nurses who come to the office, asking for referrals, addressing nurse concerns and customer service.Maintain professional but cheerful and friendly demeanor.Support Travel Department in collecting travel hours and sign-in sheets.Conduct field visits at least twice a month to grow rapport with nurses. Visits have to be done individually, not in team.The Compliance Coordinator reports directly to the HRC Resource Manager and must be able to foster a strong team environment.Covers staffing daily.Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

This role oversees the full payroll lifecycle across a high-volume workforce, ensuring compliance, precision, and trust at every pay cycle.

     

    How big is your job:

    You will manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 250–1,000+ employees depending on census and strike coverage activity. You will be the primary escalation point for payroll inquiries, the internal expert on California labor law compliance, and a key cross-functional partner to Accounting, HR, and Operations.     Deliver per diem nurse candidates to client facilities on a day-to-day basis by matching staff experience and qualifications with hospital needs.Work with multiple VMS systems and MSP accounts.Maximize placements through the development of customer relationships.
