Based in St. Louis, Core responsible for delivering reliable support to new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customers. . This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, Core resolves scheduling and inter-functional conflicts. Participates in or leads weekly or monthly meetings. Reviews open jobs to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends. Coordinates project support from inception through completion. Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues. May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support personnel or professional personnel but does not have hiring or firing authority. Work Environment Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting and maneuvering material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Minimum Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in related field; OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in related field. Certification is required in some areas. DBIA and/or PMP certification is a plus.
