Abilities:
1. Complete intake assessment for each new client.
2. Complete the Intake Assessment for each client.
3. Complete Diagnosis Assessment(DA)
4. Complete Individual Treatment Plan(ITP)
5. Complete continuing Progress Note
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. "Mental health practitioner" means a person providing services to persons with mental illness who is qualified in at least one of the following ways:
· holds a bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and:
· has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness;
· has at least 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness;
· is a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields and is formally assigned by an accredited college or university to an agency or facility for clinical training; or
· holds a master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and has less than 4,000 hours post-master's experience in the treatment of mental illness.
2. Experience with adults with mental health diagnoses.
3. Demonstrated respect for and sensitivity to family and cultural issues.
4. Ability to accurately observe and document behavior of adults.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills with peers and other professionals.
6. Must have the physical health and stamina to work on a consistent basis with adults who may have special needs.
7. Successful completion of criminal background studies and future.
8. Maintains valid driver’s license.
9. Reliable vehicle for transportation, must be insured Finances and Insurance
