We are seeking an experienced I C Commissioning Lead to join our dynamic team overseeing complex, large-scale projects in high-tech construction and advanced manufacturing. In this pivotal role, you will lead the commissioning of critical control systems such as BAS/BMS, PLCs, SCADA, and DDC ensuring seamless installation, testing, and operation. Responsibilities Lead and manage the commissioning process for all I C systems, including Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), PLCs, SCADA, DDC, and related instrumentation. Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, checklists, and schedules tailored to control systems. Review design documents, submittals, and sequences of operations to ensure alignment with project goals and industry standards. Coordinate and execute functional testing, point-to-point verification, loop checks, and system start-up activities. Interface effectively with design engineers, contractors, control vendors, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly. Verify calibration, communication protocols, and signal integrity across field devices, controllers, and networks. Track progress, document activities, and prepare detailed reports and close-out documentation adhering to standards such as ASHRAE/NIBS. Support training sessions and system handovers, ensuring operational teams receive fully functional, ready-to-operate systems. Requirements Minimum of 8 years experience in commissioning, instrumentation, controls, or automation within complex industrial, semiconductor, or data center projects. Deep understanding of control sequences, instrumentation calibration, PID loops, and system integration. Proven experience with major BAS/BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls) and control networks (BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP). Ability to read and interpret P IDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and network architectures. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for commissioning documentation (LEED Cx, ASHRAE Guideline 0). Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor s degree in engineering, controls technology, or a related field preferred. Certifications such as CxA, CEM, or similar are a plus.
