Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, including interviews, questionnaires, and observationTreatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, goals, and evidence-based practicesTherapeutic Interventions: Provide therapy sessions (individual, group, or family) using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other appropriate methodsDocumentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy through continuous education and trainingOutcome Evaluation: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure effective and goal-oriented therapyQualifications:
Relevant masters degree or higher (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)Actively licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW (supervision available))Able to commute to the office location in Cranston, RI preferredExperience providing psychotherapy in individual and/or group settingsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
