Core Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospital medicine team at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, Ohio. This role provides a night-shift environment with shared responsibilities alongside the nocturnist and access to strong onsite clinical support.

The night APP serves as an integrated member of the hospital medicine team, managing inpatient floor needs and partnering with the nocturnist on admissions. This role offers a mix of clinical autonomy, collaborative decision-making, and access to subspecialty support when needed.
