Cleans and restores building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, water or mold.General Accountabilities
Cleans and deodorizes walls, floors and building contentsPacks and stores contents as requiredRemoves and disposes of non-salvageable materialsExtracts water and moisture from structures using commercial drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiersPerforms light demolition and repair work as requiredCleans and maintains equipment and vehiclesComplies with federal, state, and company safety and environmental rules*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any timeJob Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: At least one year of experience as a restoration technician preferredLicenses/Certifications: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) preferredMust pass background check, drug screen and have a valid Texas D/LMust be willing to be on call with weekend work a possibilitySkills
