    Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a New Business Development Executive for a premier payroll and business services provider based near the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

    This is a high-octane "Hunter" role designed for a salesperson who thrives on the chase. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, cold/warm outreach, and converting C-level executives into long-term partners. While your primary territory is the vibrant New York Metro market, you will have the autonomy to sell virtually anywhere in the United States. We are looking for a results-driven closer who can master the sales process, drive revenue growth, and seamlessly transition new accounts to our Client Services Group.

    Job Responsibilities

    Aggressive Prospecting: Identify and target high-potential B2B clients through rigorous research, networking, and multi-channel outreach strategies.Executive Relationship Building: Cultivate rapport with business owners and C-level stakeholders through personalized engagement and persistent communication.Consultative Selling: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our payroll and HCM solutions.Pipeline Management: Expertly manage and prioritize leads and sales activities within the CRM to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities within new accounts to provide additional value-added services, maximizing the total contract value.Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure a frictionless onboarding experience for new clients.Performance Analytics: Track and report on key sales metrics, providing the leadership team with regular updates on pipeline health and market outcomes.

    Requirements

    Experience & Sales AcumenMinimum of 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.Industry Preference: Experience in Payroll Services, HCM, PEO, or Insurance is highly preferred.The "Hunter" Mentality: A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas through self-generated leads.Process Mastery: Deep understanding of modern sales techniques, from discovery and objection handling to final closing.Skills & CompetenciesCommunication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client pain points and propose technical solutions.Organization: High proficiency in computer skills and CRM management to maintain a disciplined daily sales cadence.

    Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Director of Emergency Services for a top healthcare client in Marion, NC.

    This leadership role oversees all operations within a 15-bed Emergency Department serving a 65-bed community hospital with an annual volume of approximately 26,000 visits. The Director is responsible for clinical quality, staffing, and operational performance, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care while supporting hospital growth initiatives, including a planned ER expansion.

    Job Responsibilities

    Lead and manage all Emergency Department operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management of 50 FTEs, including CNC-level leadership. Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and quality initiatives in alignment with hospital objectives. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost containment. Collaborate with medical directors, nursing leaders, and other departments to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all hospital, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development across the department. Participate in strategic planning related to department growth and expansion.

    Requirements

    Education

    Bachelor’s Degree required or other approved education plan Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred; Master’s Degree highly desired

    Experience

    Minimum of 1 year of applicable leadership experience required 3+ years of Emergency Department or acute care leadership experience preferred Recent ER Manager experience accepted

    Certifications/Licenses

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact license (as applicable)

    Skills or Competencies
