This person should have the ability to obtain a forklift certification and be comfortable filling and handling propane cylinders when needed. The Energy Station Service Specialist will record sales transactions, receive payments for services and/or products, greet customers in a friendly manner assisting with finding merchandise or services and promote the CPI business, programs, and products that are offered. Other duties include stocking shelves, displays and service items, performing housekeeping duties both inside and outside of the facility and aiding the Energy Division with accounting functions along with monthly accounting inventories and other reports.
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or related experience and/or training is required. Valid Driver’s License is required. The ability to sit, stand, stoop, crawl, climb, crouch balance kneel, walk, and work on a cash register for a prolonged period of time is required.Ability to work in all weather conditions, lift, push or pull up to 100-pounds of weight at any one given time is essential.Comfortable working around and being exposed to moving parts, fumes, airborne particles and chemicals is required.Effective written and verbal communication with a customer service focus.Proficient in data entry.Strong business acumen including time management, planning, organization and decision-making skills.
