B2B Senior Account Executive NYC Market B2B | Partnerships New York, New York, United States About CookUnity: Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry's best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul. Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower chefs to nourish the world. If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you've found the right job posting. About the Team: The B2B Operations team is responsible for scaling and delivering CookUnity's new business verticals, such as Smart Fridge and Cold Meal programs, across corporate and healthcare environments. The team collaborates closely with B2C operations, product, and customer experience to ensure seamless execution, operational reliability, and scalable systems that support growth. The Role: CookUnity's smart fridge program is transforming how companies feed their teams chef-crafted meals available on-demand, right in the office. New York City is our home market and our biggest growth opportunity, and we're hiring a Senior Account Executive to own it and double our NYC smart fridge revenue this year. We're looking for a seasoned seller who knows the NYC corporate landscape inside and out someone who's spent a decade building relationships with office managers, facilities directors, HR leaders, and workplace experience teams across Manhattan and the boroughs. You understand what drives decisions around office amenities, employee perks, and workplace food programs, and you know how to get in the door and close. You'll be a full-cycle hunter: sourcing your own pipeline of new fridge placements, running discovery, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You'll have full autonomy to build and own your territory and the expectation to deliver outsized results. If you're energized by the idea of placing CookUnity smart fridges in offices across NYC and scaling a high-growth channel, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Own smart fridge sales in NYC. Build and execute a territory plan to aggressively grow CookUnity's smart fridge footprint across New York City's corporate offices. Hunt net-new placements. Identify, prospect, and close new smart fridge accounts from mid-market companies to large enterprises with multi-site office footprints. Leverage your NYC network. Tap into your existing relationships with corporate decision-makers (office managers, HR/People Ops, facilities, workplace experience) to accelerate pipeline and open doors faster. Sell the smart fridge value proposition. Position CookUnity's smart fridge program as the premium workplace food solution chef-quality meals, zero operational overhead for the client, and a perk employees actually love. Run a disciplined sales process. Manage a high-volume pipeline with accurate forecasting, thorough CRM hygiene, and clear stage progression from first touch to signed contract. Navigate complex deal cycles. Work with facilities, procurement, HR, and executive stakeholders to align on fridge placement logistics, contract terms, and rollout timelines. Negotiate and close. Lead contract negotiations, respond to RFPs, and craft value-based proposals tailored to each prospect's office environment and employee needs. Be the voice of the NYC market internally. Feed insights on office trends, competitive landscape, and client needs back to product, operations, and marketing to sharpen our smart fridge offering. Expectation for success in the first 60-90 days of the role will be $1M+ strong pipeline, and first launch(es) done. Qualifications: 10+ years in B2B sales, with a strong track record of exceeding quota in roles focused on the New York City corporate market. Deep NYC corporate network. You have established relationships with office and workplace decision-makers across the city and you can hit the ground running from day one. Proven hunter. You've consistently built pipeline from scratch and closed deals through outbound prospecting and relationship-driven selling. Strategically minded, tactically sharp. You know how to map an account, build a business case, and navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles but you also pick up the phone and get it done. Industry context is a plus. Experience in smart vending, office food services, workplace amenities, corporate wellness, or facilities solutions is a strong advantage but exceptional NYC B2B sellers from adjacent industries will absolutely be considered. Entrepreneurial DNA. You thrive with autonomy, move fast, and are energized by the challenge of scaling a high-growth channel. CRM-disciplined. You maintain a clean, current pipeline and take forecasting seriously. Learn More About CookUnity We believe great leadership starts with alignment on vision, values, and ways of working.
