    Are you a highly organized, creative professional who loves making systems run smoothly while helping others learn and grow? We’re looking for a Learning & Development (L&D)Specialist to join our growing team and serve as the operational backbone of our Learning & Development function.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in Learning & Development. If you’re a detail-oriented “utility player” who can balance systems, projects, and creativity and you’re excited to grow your instructional design skills we’d love to hear from you.

    Location: Portland, OR - This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office after initial training period.

    Pay: $65K - $75K a year

    Role Overview

    The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is the operational engine of our team. This role is designed for a detail-oriented "utility player" who excels at managing the systems that enable learning. You will oversee our LMS (Docebo), manage compliance and certification tracking, and drive internal engagement through clear, creative communication plans.

    Additionally, you will serve as a junior developer, tackling our content backlog by creating job aids, videos, and modules under the guidance of our Instructional Designer. This role is ideal for someone seeking to master L&D operations while building a professional portfolio in instructional design.

    Key Responsibilities

    Learning Systems Administration

    Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (Docebo) by managing enrollments, user groups, and learning plansUtilize Docebo reporting, Excel, and other tools to create dashboards and reports to track compliance and completion rates across the organizationProvide support to learners needing assistance with the LMS and troubleshoot issues as neededMaintain learning resources and assist with the curation of third-party resources, content, and toolsProactively own the tracking and reporting of mandatory training and professional certifications to ensure 100% organizational readiness

    Learning Program Operations & Coordination

    Support scheduling, coordination, and setup for both virtual and in-person training sessionsCollaborate across teams to continually enhance the onboarding experience and its effectiveness for employeesOccasionally lead brief, repeatable training sessions, such as LMS walkthroughs, orientations, or other relevant topics as needed Identify opportunities to streamline and continuously improve learning processes and systems as CSG experiences rapid growth

    Content Development Support

    Assist the Instructional Designer in creating training content and rapid eLearning modules using Parta.io and other toolsDesign and produce professional tutorials, marked-up guides, and job aids using a variety of authoring tools such as Canva, Camtasia, Snagit, Vyond, or other programs as needed to support initiativesAudit and update existing training materials to ensure all screenshots and information are up to date and current

    Communication & Internal Marketing

    Create and execute marketing plans to promote learning programs via Teams, email, and internal newsletters Manage training calendars, program logistics, communications, and schedulingWork collaboratively with the L&D team to craft compelling, error-free communications that drive engagement with our learning programs

    Qualifications & Skills

    Experience: 1–3 years of experience in L&D, HR, or Project Coordination.The L&D Eye: A keen eye for visual design and the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable guides.     Cook Solutions Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time Security Service Technician with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, installing wires and equipment, responding to service calls, conducting site surveys, performing installation startup, system commissioning, and customer training by performing the following duties.

    Location: Lewiston, ID

    Pay Range: $25 - $35 hour

    What you’ll do:
    1. Travels to client’s site for alarm failure troubleshooting and repair. Expected to travel for up to a week at a time when necessary.
    2. Installs and services electronic and physical security products including pulling wire per
    3. Installs and wires electronic equipment used in systems.
    4. Accounts for all installation and service tools/equipment and all job parts/inventory.
    5. Tests all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customers’ requirements and all applicable codes.
    6. Troubleshoots and repairs electronic and physical security equipment.
    7. Communicates important project status information to management as necessary (installation or service).
    8. Communicates with customers on job status or completion (installation or service).
    9. Conducts site surveys upon request of management.
    10. Completes and turns in all required paperwork in a timely manner according to established procedures and deadlines, i.e., time sheets, expense reports, change orders, equipment transfers, etc.
    11. Follows Purchasing procedures using database system and supervisor approval to account for products needed.
    12. Maintains and controls assigned truck stock inventory in an organized manner. Reports stock items during company inventory audits.
    13. Maintains control and safeguards all company or customer property or information of which employee has been entrusted.
    14. Ensures company vehicle is maintained according to established standards. Keeps vehicle clean, inside, and out.
    15. Maintains clean driving record and operates company vehicles using safe driving practices.
    16. Responsible for training less experienced employees and trainees on company
    procedures, systems, and installation/service techniques.
    17. Ensures all work is preformed to CSG quality standards and practices.
    18. Works in compliance with Federal/State laws regarding safety of self and others always.
    19. Expected to solicit new business when not working on service or installation.

    What you bring:

    High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.2 - 5 years of electronic and physical security service and installation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Knowledge of security equipment such as alarm systems, access control, video, CCTV systems, drive up systems, & under-counter teller equipment is preferred.Knowledge of Bosch, DMP, March DVR, 3VR, and/or Lenel Access control product lines preferred.Customer service experience is a plus.Ability to travel up to a week if necessary.The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.     Cook Solutions Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time ATM Service Technician with excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to integrate into our "We Make It Happen!" culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing second line maintenance for ATM banking products with an emphasis on Hardware and Software problem diagnosis.

    Location: Flagstaff, Prescott and/or Cottonwood, AZ areas

    Pay: $22-$28 hour DOE

    What you’ll do:
    1.Performs basic installation on ATM products (multiple manufacturers).
    2.Performs some minor maintenance on ATMs (e.g. replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.).
    3.Prioritizes and plans service calls.
    4.Contacts customer with the estimated time of arrival.
    5.Escalates problems when appropriate.
    6.Reassigns calls when appropriate.
    7.Accurately reports service data.
    8.Interacts in a professional manner with customers and co-workers to foster positive relationships.
    9.Supports service technicians in performing preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products.
    10.Maintains effective communication with Business Management Team and Service Technician Team members.
    11.Provides maintenance on ATM banking products (e.g. problem diagnosis, component level repair, application reload, preventative maintenance, documentation and planning/maintaining spare parts levels.
    12.Develops a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures.
    13.Completes equipment cleanings as specified in service agreement.
    14.Performs other related duties as assigned.

    What you bring:
    •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    •2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    •NCR Certification is a plus.
    •Customer service experience is a plus.
    •Willing to train on security equipment.
    •Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
