Compensation:$36,000 - $74,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close salesUphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetingsAnswer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options by coordinating with team members in the finance departmentFacilitate test drives for dealership customersFurnish sales manager and team with reports detailing automotive sales and trends within the dealership
Qualifications:High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of one year of experience working as a car salesperson or in related sales jobs is needed Knowledge and interest in new car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships’ financing options, and sales management is necessaryExcellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are criticalNecessary valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record
