  Warehouse Assistant – Parts Department

  Location: Conyers Mitsubishi — Conyers, Georgia

  
  

  Conyers Mitsubishi is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our Parts Department operations. This role is responsible for receiving and stocking automotive parts, processing returns, organizing the parts room, maintaining accurate bin locations, and assisting with quarterly inventory audits. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

  Become part of the team at Conyers Mitsubishi and help maintain an organized and efficient parts warehouse operation that supports both our service department and customers.

  Compensation:

  $36,000 - $48,000 yearly

  
  Responsibilities:Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy against invoices and packing slipsStock parts in proper bins and designated warehouse locationsMaintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts room and warehouse areaProcess and manage parts returns according to dealership proceduresEnsure all inventory is labeled and stored correctly for easy access and trackingAssist with quarterly parts audits and inventory countsMonitor bin locations and update inventory records as neededPull and stage parts for service technicians and customer ordersHelp identify damaged, missing, or obsolete inventorySupport daily warehouse and parts department operations
  Qualifications:Previous warehouse or automotive parts experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer and inventory system knowledge preferredAbility to lift and move boxes and automotive parts safelyReliable attendance and strong attention to detailForklift experience is a plus, but not required
