We're a second-generation, family-owned HVAC company that's been serving Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia since 1971. Headquartered in Canonsburg, just outside Pittsburgh, we specialize in commercial and industrial service and installation.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be out in the field servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. From rooftops and boilers to chillers and controls, you'll work independently or as part of a crew, with the confidence that your company has your back.
Your day-to-day includes: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including RTUs, boilers, chillers, and mini-splits Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control issues Reading blueprints and schematics Communicating clearly with clients and dispatch Completing digital service reports using our software (training provided) Maintaining your tools, vehicle, and job readiness Following safety codes and job site protocols What We're Looking For 46+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping Capable of working independently and managing service calls EPA Universal certification preferred Clean or near-clean driving record Comfortable with mobile tech (or willing to learn) Reliable, accountable, and committed to quality work Must pass background check and drug screening Pay and Benefits $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience Full-time, year-round employment (no seasonal layoffs) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and PTO Company vehicle, iPhone, and iPad Paid training and advancement opportunities Employee discounts and referral bonus program All major tools and equipment provided Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate A field-first culture where the office supports the techs Why Canonsburg?
