Overview
We are building a vetted network of reliable contractors and subcontractors for ongoing projects across Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York. We work with licensed, insured professionals who take pride in quality work, clear communication, and timely completion.
This is not a one‐off gig. We are looking for contractors who can become part of our regular rotation for project‐based and recurring work in the region.
What You’ll Do
• Perform construction, remodeling, and maintenance work based on your specialty (general contractor, electrician, plumber, roofer, painter, handyman, etc.).
• Travel locally and regionally to sites in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York.
• Provide clear estimates or bids when requested.
• Follow basic safety and quality standards on each job.
You’re A Great Fit If You
• Are licensed and insured in at least one state (PA, NJ, or NY).
• Have your own tools, equipment, and (if applicable) crew.
• Are currently taking on new jobs and can work both weekdays and occasional weekends.
• Work residential, commercial, or both.
• Prefer project‐based or per‐job compensation with clear scope and payment terms.
