    Opportunity
    Contract Lumber is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance Team in Pataskala, OH. This person will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

    Day to DayPerform routine building maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work.Assist in preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems.Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.Help maintain grounds by mowing lawns, removing snow, and performing basic landscaping.Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to supervisors.Have Fun and Enjoy What you do!! Skill SetGreat Attitude and a Team PlayerPrevious experience in general maintenance, construction or handyman work.Knowledgeable with various electrical and plumbing componentsBasic knowledge of hand and power tools.Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment                                 Work in indoor / outdoor conditionsAbility to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.Valid drivers license as this role does require some travel to other locations as needed.

    Opportunity – Commercial Door Hardware Sales

    As a member of the Commercial Sales team, this position supports and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day commercial door sales including order entry, billing, purchasing and providing coordination within the various areas of the company. These areas include Shipping and Receiving, and Production, Special Orders and Purchasing, Service, Installed Sales, Pricing, Credit and Technical Services.

    Day to Day:Process Orders for hollow metal doors, wood doors, and architectural hardware accurately and efficiently.Run Bids & Quotes for commercial door and hardware packages, interpreting construction documents, specifications, and plans.Manage Special Orders for custom doors, frames, and hardware – including sourcing, order entry, and tracking delivery timelines.Provide excellent Customer Service to general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and end users.Coordinate Production and Shipping of material to job sites, ensuring timely and complete delivery.
