Consulting Services Group (CSG) is hiring a Knowledge Manager to be responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of knowledge for one of our government customers. Position requires someone who can maintain various government customers' knowledge base and ensure that proper distribution processes are in place so that employees have the tools that they need to succeed. The Knowledge Manager will work alongside stakeholders, internal and external to promote and optimize the usage of the supported government organization's knowledge assets. The Knowledge Manager will be expected to keep themselves and their appointed teams accountable for compliance to the supported government customers' expectations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing large organizational knowledge databases, preferably in support of government customers, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in fostering collaborative work environments between organizationally connected but geographically separated teams, and has a background working in support of the Department of Defense (DoD). Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities: Developing processes and protocols for storing information, making it accessible, controlling access, and capturing new knowledge.
    Creating and maintaining a knowledge base within supported government customers' organizations.
    Creating searchable resources to improve supported government customers' access to data and information via easy-to-use search methods. Fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow among various government customers' sections, project teams, and leadership.
    Ensuring that employees are sure of the knowledge management processes, including the purpose of doing so.
    Creating tangible information assets by converting various intangible assets of support government customers into records that you can organize, store, and distribute when needed.
    Making sure that the right knowledge goes to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to supported government customer activities. Monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics.
    Providing relevant coaching, training, and support to champion a knowledge management culture.
    Maintaining open lines of communication with distributed network of supported government customers to facilitate feedback and to enable trouble shooting of any identified knowledge management challenges. Contribute to brainstorming meetings and development of new ideas related to improved knowledge management practices in support of designated government customers. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, data science, management, or other applicable fields. Degree requirements can be offset by previous qualified experience related to knowledge management Minimum Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen

The selected candidate will provide advanced-level expertise in cyberspace operations, assist in developing and delivering mission-ready training, and support capability development and readiness for operational teams. The ideal candidate should have a multi-disciplinary background as a Cyber trainer, including experience in Operational Psychology, Information Operations, Human Intelligence, and/or Counter-Intelligence. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of and interest in foreign cultures. The candidate must be proficient in the current social media ecosystem.     Must have experience as Cyber Operations Specialist (17 series MOS/25D MOS), or equivalent experience in other services, governmental agencies or in the commercial sector or 1 year or more experience as a SM user working in SM support offices or in direct support of DoD SM operations.     Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Management, Security, Systems, Development) to resolve complex issues. Escalate tickets that require higher-level expertise or are outside of scope to the assigned teams.
    Identify recurring issues or patterns within the ticketing system and perform root cause analysis to drive long-term solutions, improving system stability and reducing future incidents.
    Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) by actively monitoring ticket response and resolution times, escalating issues as necessary to prevent SLA breaches.

    Log and track maintenance, including user support activities in system-specified trackers such as Jira. In addition to providing feedback regarding system security and working closely with the security team, as incidents or requests occur.
    Multi-User Management
    Verify user access requests against authorization criteria.
    Conduct thorough validation checks to ensure compliance.
    Grant or deny system access based on validated requests.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve access-related issues.
    Maintain accurate records of access requests and approvals.
    Provide remote technical support to fellow team members who are geographically separated from the physical environment or equipment.
    Procurement and Inventory Management
    Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for operational continuity. This includes assisting management in generating re-supply orders.
    Track and maintain records of inventory within establish inventory systems.
    Procure, maintain, and evaluate virtual services to align with industry standards and organizational needs.
    Perform other duties as assigned by management.
    Familiarity with:
    Network operations to include cellular, LANs, WANs, and WLANs, as well as DNS, DHCP, Whitelisting, and Port Security.
    Understanding of basic RF and EMI in relation to computing equipment.
    Access control procedures.
    Virtual service providers such as VPS and VPNs include analyzing assessments and recommendations from a security perspective.
    Proficient with:
    Cisco IOS, PFsense, cradlepoint, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems to include troubleshooting.
    Firewall management, encompassing gateway configuration, VLAN setup, and creation of accept/deny rules.
