People come to me looking for work—I enter their resumes into our CRMI call them and do a brief phone interview—I take lots and lots of notesSome folks I invite in for a face to face interviewI interview them—I take lots and lots of notesI call companies that I think might be a solid match with what they have to offer and want in exchangeI make their resumes pretty and send them to awesome companies who will love them!We set up interviews with those companiesWe schedule them, and follow up afterwards with both partiesWe do new hire paperwork to get them started at their new jobsWe celebrate!We do all this for three, four, ...eight people at a time!! There is never, ever a dull moment!
