Construction 95 LLC is a Fort Lauderdale -based general contractor that specializes in home modifications that help disabled veterans live independently and safely in their own homes. We do work that genuinely changes people's lives, and we're growing.
We're looking for a driven salesperson THATS A VETERAN to help us reach more homeowners, veterans, and referral partners across South Florida — and beyond into municipal and commercial work.
The Role
This is a true hunter role. You won't be handed a list of warm leads — you'll build your own pipeline. You'll find the opportunities, make the connections, and close the business. If you're the kind of person who gets energized by the chase and rewarded by uncapped earnings, this is for you.
What You'll Do
Generate your own leads through outreach, cold calls, networking, referrals, and community partnershipsBuild relationships with [veteran service organizations, VA case managers, general contractors, property managers, and municipal/government contacts]Manage the full sales cycle — first contact, consultation, and signed contractRepresent Construction 95 at events, meetings, and on-site client visits across South FloridaTrack your activity and pipeline [in our CRM]Consistently hit and exceed revenue targetsWhat We're Looking For
Proven outside sales or business development experience (construction, home services, or a related field is a big plus)A self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch — no hand-holding requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable meeting clients in the field and managing your own scheduleValid Florida driver's license and reliable transportationBonus: a real network in South Florida and a track record of turning cold contacts into closed dealsNo prior experience with VA housing programs or government bidding required — if you can sell and hunt, we'll teach you the rest.

We're a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC1534636) scaling our commercial renovation division — and we're looking for a hunter to go get it.
We specialize in improvement and renovation work for income-producing properties. If you have relationships in hospitality, multifamily, or senior living — or you know how to build them and close — we'll give you the base, the upside, and the room to run.
What You'll Do
Hunt and win renovation and improvement projects across these lanes:
Hotels — property improvement plans (PIPs), brand refreshes, and full renovations.
Multifamily (50+ units) — tenant improvements and unit renovations at scale.
Assisted living & senior care facilities — remodels, upgrades, and improvements.
And similar income-producing properties — anywhere owners reinvest in improvements.
You'll build your own pipeline of hotel owners and operators, multifamily owners and syndicators, property managers, and senior-living operators — and own each relationship from first handshake to signed contract.
Who We're Looking For
A self-starter with a hunter mentality who doesn't wait for leads to come to you.
An existing network in hospitality, multifamily, or senior living (big plus).
Someone who understands how owners think about CapEx and renovation cycles.
Strong communicator who can move from a property manager to an ownership group in the same day.
Sales or construction background preferred — but hunger and hustle matter most.
The Money
Competitive base, paid as a 1099 independent contractor.
Uncapped commission on the net profit of every project you close.
Milestone bonuses throughout the year tied to sales targets.
