Job description: Strategic Communications Specialist

Constellation is seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist to join our Homeland Security team in Washington, DC. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior federal leadership. This role will anticipate client needs, drive project workstreams, and deliver polished executive deliverables in a fast-paced and changing environment. The Specialist supports agency leadership in various workforce knowledge management efforts such as lunch and learns, SharePoint file repository management to support organizational knowledge sharing and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition Planning and Strategy: Delivering acquisition expertise to senior and executive customers by developing acquisition plans, contributing to Acquisition Decision Events (ADEs), and Acquisition Review Board (ARBs) and other acquisition documents.Project Planning & Execution: Leading the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through final execution.
