    Wave Plastic Surgery, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Medical Assistant to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Los Angeles.

    The ideal candidate will support our providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks while delivering exceptional patient experience. If you are passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and contributing to a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!

    Work Schedule:

    This is a part-time position. The role is onsite 3 days a week betweem Tuesday to Saturday from 9am-6pm. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide care according to the physician's instructions, following recognized techniques and procedures to maintain the health and well-being of patients.
    • Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and updating patient records.
    • Contact patients for follow-up care, ensuring that they receive necessary post-treatment instructions and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
    • Ensure patient consents are filled out, all pre-op testing is completed, and follow-up appointments are scheduled on time.
    • Provide preoperative and postoperative teaching for patients and their family members.
    • Assist in procedures as needed, including setting up patients and the surgical area for treatments or surgeries.
    • Prepare the surgical area by draping with sterile drapes and setting up a clean tray with anaesthesia and surgical instruments.
    • Scrub in as an assistant to the surgeons, handing instruments, cutting sutures, and keeping the operative area clean and organized.
    • Administer anaesthesia as directed by the physician.
    • Prepare equipment and paperwork for treatment, ensuring everything is ready for the procedure.
    • Take before and after photos of patients to document the results of procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, surgical procedures, and follow-up treatments.
    • Scribe during exams and procedures, ensuring that all relevant information is documented accurately and in a timely manner.

    Qualifications:
    • Medical Assistant Certification (preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining a client base.
    • Exceptional communication skills with strong follow-through.
    • Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is highly desirable.
    • Expertise in conducting consultations, cross-promoting services, and skincare products, with the ability to close sales effectively.
    • Proficient in using EHR software for healthcare systems.
    • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and care.

    Compensation:

    The salary for this position ranges from $17-$21/hour depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.

    Bucky Body Center one of our valued partners, is looking for a Clinic Nurse to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Philadelphia.

    We are seeking a polished, organized, and personable professional to support our Patient Coordinators in a fast-paced, prominent plastic surgery practice. This role is integral to both the patient acquisition process and the overall patient experience, helping ensure each patient receives exceptional service from the initial point of contact through completion of care.

    The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service, administrative, and sales experience, along with excellent computer proficiency, outstanding communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This individual must be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism, warmth, and a superior level of service.

    Work Schedule:

    This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role is onsite with standard working hours 8:30AM-5PM. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include assisting with chart preparation, patient follow-up, and appointment scheduling; speaking with prospective and existing patients by phone; answering questions and providing guidance regarding procedures; serving as a liaison between the surgeon and patient; quoting fees; scheduling surgery; collecting payments; and supporting patients and their families throughout the consultation and surgical process.

    This role also involves helping to customize each patient's care journey, managing the details of the consultation process, promoting the surgeon and the practice's results, and contributing to practice marketing efforts. The right candidate will be comfortable building rapport with patients, offering reassurance and support throughout their decision-making process, and helping deliver a seamless, high-touch experience consistent with an upscale practice environment.

    This position is both a customer service and patient support role, and the ideal candidate must thrive in a service-driven setting. A polished, professional presentation is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    Qualifications:

    Associate degree required.
    Proven record of excellence in customer service and sales required.
    Medical office administrative experience is helpful, but not required.
    Previous sales experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or dermatology is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
    Relevant experience in hospitality or retail sales will also be considered.
    Strong verbal, written, and in-person communication skills are essential.
