    Position Summary:

    CCM is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who will be responsible for onboarding newly registered Motor Carriers and will be the first point of contact for our rapidly expanding South Atlantic Chassis Pool (SACP) customer base. This is a local role domiciled in Savannah, GA. The Customer Service Coordinator will support Fleet Administration, Field Operations, and Commercial and Corporate Finance teams by providing accurate and critical information to support our SACP customers.



    Responsibilities:

    Utilize multiple CCM systems to provide essential information regarding Chassis Pools, Steamship Lines, Chassis information, and location,Provide carriers with documentation on how to use CCMs booking system, including how to register, retrieve registration status, manage step-by-step booking process and return locations.Knowledge of CCMs responsibilities for over-the-road repairs and keep downtime information available to assist carriers at all times.Learn the locations of the SACP Ports, Rails and Depots, hours of operation, and contact information.Able to clearly explain the invoicing process to inquiring carriers.Verify which chassis numbers are SACP pool chassis and provide requested information about each unit, including items such as provider name, tag number, VIN number, last FMCSA.Work a queue of applications to ensure that initial motor carrier registration requirements are met timely. Those include verifying the standard carrier alpha codes of the motor carriers, ensuring they are an operating entity in the South Atlantic region, and validating motor carriers DOT safety status/rating in FMSCA SAFER.Communicate with motor carriers on issues with their registrations.Provide support with reports and KPIs on the progress of registrations.Other duties as designated by management.

    Position Summary:


    The Strategic Finance / Corporate Development Manager supports CCMs Executive Leadership Team in driving key strategic and financial initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role operates at the intersection of strategic finance, corporate development, and operational execution. The position plays a critical role in evaluating and executing strategic growth opportunities, supporting capital investment decisions, and preparing insights for board and executive stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    Position Summary:

    CCM is looking for a highly driven, results-oriented,Motor CarrierSales Representativewho is passionate about leading the expansion of our services. Reporting to the Director of Motor Carrier Sales, this position will be responsible for new business development, marketing, and customer excellence management within this industry segment.This role requires strong interpersonal skills, customer excellence, and prior experience within the Intermodal transportation industry. Sales experience preferred.Broad business knowledge and relationship within the intermodal industry, in addition to a sales discipline, is required.


    The Motor CarrierSales Representativewill play an integral role, in influencing the future expansion of our company brand and product offering. Motor Carrier Sales Representativewill be responsible for executing the Companys sales strategy, adhering to the annual sales budget and plan; and leading all commercial activities to lay a strong foundation for the Companys long-term competitiveness.



    Responsibilities:

    Revenue Growth: Own and achieve sales targets by driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and closing high-value deals.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Motor Carrierclients.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for major contracts, ensuring favorable terms that balance client needs with company profitability.Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and generate leads.Budget Management: Monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.


    Requirements:

    Industry-relevant experience 3+ years (Transportation/Intermodal/Logistics) requiredAbility to drive the full cycle sales process from identifying newbusiness opportunities and creating project and execution plansExperience and understanding of the intermodal industryExcellent negotiation skills and experience developing and structuring agreementsProven ability to position CCMs products against current tools being utilizedAbility to synthesize customers needs and identify solutions utilizing CCMs productsAbility to understand industry-specific terms and trendsExcel in a fast-paced sales environment where responsibility for individual performance and a team approach are valuedStrong technology background and familiarization with CRM platformsAbility to Travel
