About the Company You’ll be joining a European leader in enterprise archiving, backup, and large-scale unstructured data migration. This organization works with global enterprises to ensure their most valuable asset — their data — is always protected, always recoverable, and always ready for what’s next. From bulletproof disaster recovery strategies to petabyte-scale data mobility and modern “living archives,” the company enables customers to unlock security, continuity, and long-term value as AI dramatically reshapes how data is used. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll serve as the technical backbone of the U.S. go-to-market team, partnering closely with sales to win complex enterprise opportunities. Day-to-day, you will: Partner with Sales and Channel teams to define technical strategy for enterprise accounts. Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, challenges, and data workflows. Design and deliver high-impact demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs) that show real value in complex environments. Build solution architectures that integrate with major storage systems (e.g., Isilon, Qumulo, HPE, NetApp), cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and existing data-protection frameworks. Validate scalability and performance across multi-petabyte infrastructures. Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction based on real customer needs. Support deployment teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to production rollout. Act as the customer’s technical advocate inside the company. Who You Are You’re the person sales teams bring into the room when things get technical. You’re naturally curious, highly credible, and energized by solving deep engineering challenges. You: Love understanding how systems really work, and probably maintain a home lab just to experiment. Have a strong engineering mindset with an obsession for performance and scalability. Thrive in environments where you can troubleshoot, test, and innovate freely. Communicate clearly and confidently, even when explaining complex storage or backup concepts. Stay calm and effective during live demos, whiteboarding sessions, or deep technical discussions. Build trust quickly by being thoughtful, precise, and technically rigorous. Enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and making the team around you stronger. The Team You’ll Work With You’ll be supported by a small but deeply experienced group, including: A Solutions Engineering Lead with extensive product and storage expertise built over two decades. A Professional Services expert who ensures deployments are seamless and fast. An entrepreneurial President who has built multiple $100M+ software companies and is scaling U.S. operations. A collaborative Chief Product Officer who turns field insights into meaningful roadmap updates. A future Account Executive partner who will work side-by-side with you on strategic U.S. and North American enterprise accounts.
