    Position Summary

    We are seeking reliable Assembly Operators to join a production team responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging manufactured products in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow written work instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    Assemble products according to work orders, production instructions, and quality specifications.Read and interpret work orders, bills of materials, drawings, and production documentation.Set up and operate production equipment following established procedures.Load, unload, and monitor production equipment as required throughout the manufacturing process.Perform product branding, labeling, cleaning, and packaging activities.Assemble finished products and components according to detailed specifications.Complete production records and other required documentation accurately.Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product specifications.Maintain compliance with company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing practices.Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.Meet daily production and quality goals while minimizing material waste.Perform additional duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Ability to read and follow work instructions, production documents, and product specifications.Basic math and measurement skills.Experience using measuring and inspection tools is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.Comfortable working with approved industrial cleaning solutions as needed.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
