    Job Summary
    They are seeking a highly motivated New Product Introduction Engineer. The NPI Engineer coordinates the work of cross-functional teams and supports the product manager during product launches. The NPI Engineer develops and oversees the implementation of product launch plans for going to market with a new product, implementing that plan and analyzing its effectiveness to identify best practices to improve future launches.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, which includes timelines, scheduling project meetings, setting agendas, preparing and presenting project progressCoordinate and communicate with Engineering and Operations in the development of products and new product deployment to meet current and future customer requirements.Responsible for tracking and controlling project plans and budgetMaintain and drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups/departments with competing prioritiesRemain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have RNA’s success firmly in your focusFacilitates and leads project team meetings and responsible for building effective project teamsDriving continuous improvement of the launch processPrepare presentations to support executive level decision makingCommunication of project status regularly with department Managers/Leadership TeamMaintain regular, predictable attendancePrepare PPAP documentation for automotive customers.Responsible for creating/coordinating all required documentation during the launch phase (Feasibility assessments, capacity analysis and others).Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of parts and toolingPerform other duties as assigned Experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities needed:B.S. in Engineering or equivalent work experienceAbility to work as part of a cross-functional team.Experience with the production of cable assembliesAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines and react quickly to changing priorities with flexibility.PPAP documentation: 1 yearContinuous improvement: 1 yearSupplier collaboration: 1 year

    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Summary: Position will be responsible for generating revenue through the solicitation and acquisition of orders in the West Region territory. The focus is on working collaboratively with existing and potential customers at the engineering level to understand their technical requirements and provide interconnect solutions. Will also develop accounts to support the West Region sales team and ensure that all new business opportunities in the pipeline are explored to their fullest potential. 

     

    Essential Functions: 

    ·        Drive sales growth in the defined accounts and territory to achieve assigned sales goals. 

    Utilize strong communication skills to drive sales initiatives. Assist the sales team in mining defined accounts for additional orders. Develop technical expertise on products and applications to maximize sales efforts. Communicate sales opportunities and need for further technical support. Participate in industry trade events when needed. 

    Required Skills/Experience: 

    ·        Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar. 

    Minimum 3 years displayed experience in providing technical customer Support. At least 3 years of direct industry experience with the sale of electronic components interconnects prefered for medical devices or industrial markets. Up to 40% travel is needed, so must have the ability to travel to meet business objectives both domestically and sometimes internationally.Must have excellent communication skills and be a structured, self-motivated person. Position is fully remote; qualified candidates will reside in CA (preferred), AZ, or NV.  \nCompany Description
