This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away. Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 + Benefits Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays Schedule: M-F, 8am 5pm (flexible) Remote: None Job Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and related documents for Division 5 scope Perform detailed quantity takeoffs (structural steel, stairs, railings, embeds, lintels, supports, etc.) Solicit, scope, and level quotes from fabricators, detailers, and suppliers Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and proposals, including labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering alternatives Maintain estimating database with updated pricing and productivity rates Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required Collaborate with project managers, field foremen, engineers, and clients Qualifications: 3+ years of estimating experience Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and labor productivity
