What You Bring as a Cleaner You're someone who sees the details that make a home feel cared for. You bring: A high school diploma or GED (preferred) 1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (apartment or facility cleaning a plus). Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards. Good communication and customer-service skills to interact with residents, visitors, and team members. Time-management skills and the ability to shift tasks as priorities change. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts. OSHA or hazardous materials training a plus, we'll help you build your skills with ongoing safety training. How You'll Make an Impact As a Cleaner, you're essential to maintaining the heart of our community. Each day, you'll: Keep common areas spotless sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, and disinfect throughout hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, and community spaces. Maintain curb appeal help with groundskeeping, trash removal, and light outdoor tasks as assigned. Support the team assist maintenance staff with apartment clean-outs, light painting, bulb changes, and basic upkeep. Prioritize safety follow proper storage and handling of cleaning materials and report any maintenance or environmental issues immediately.
