We're seeking a finance professional to support our IT department in analysis and decision making. Lead financial reviews and planning process (Annual Budget/Medium Term Plan - MTP). Ensure compliance with policies/procedures. Job Responsibilities Lead annual budget/MTP process for Global IT. Lead IT financial reporting of monthly actuals and short-term forecast. Strategize with IT leadership projects, cost, and timing to meet Company needs. Coordinate communications with Finance leadership in regions to ensure clear understanding of costs related to IT activity. Review financial reporting results, forecast, and budget with respective CIO/functional leadership (PLM Cloud, ERP, Infrastructure, IT Operations) while obtaining their buy-in for submissions. Lead annual IT true-up process with allocations to respective sites; improve cost allocation process (including charges to global reporting units) while partnering with Corporate Tax for alignment. Create and manage IT spend approval process. Assist with license management, tracking and spend approval. Manage IT capital and maintain master list of all assets with start (placed in service) and end dates. Develop monthly asset and depreciation/amortization schedules with Finance and Company policies. Work with IT teams to determine applicability and useful life of assets. Work with the teams on business cases (and development). Lead and analyze equipment leasing programs. Prepare and track capital and operating expenses aligned to routine activities and special initiatives. Establish, monitor, and adjust allocation of IT services/costs to sites. Establish and maintain effective channels of communication upward, downward and laterally. Participate in and (in some cases) lead contract negotiations with partners and vendors to ensure best practices in selecting and monitoring outsourced services. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, accounting/finance, or related field. Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience as an IT Controller or similar leadership role. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. BPCS and/or OneStream experience preferred. Experience in financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation (including journal entries), auditing, and global cost allocations. Ability to work cross functionally and with global stakeholders. Physical Requirements: Physical Environment Majority of the time is spent in an office space. Occasional domestic and international travel.
