What You'll DoAs a Mechanical Designer, you will create detailed technical drawings and support engineering documentation, including Engineering Change Notices. You'll collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure that all designs are accurate, functional and compliant with industry standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Drafting - Prepare and revise drawings, models and other drafting documents using CAD software (Creo) to produce accurate and detailed technical designs. Design Accuracy - Maintain and update design files, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. Production Support- Review and modify designs to improve manufacturability and prepare assembly/installation guidelines based on drawings. Documentation Control - Develop and manage document procedures, including version control, document distribution, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, product management, operations and quality teams by contributing to project planning, design reviews, and alignment on objectives.
Requirements: What We're Looking ForAssociate's Degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design, Engineering, or a related field.Two or more years of experience as a design drafter or in a similar role.Skilled in 3D CAD modeling (Creo preferred) and technical drawing Working knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Familiarity with manufacturing and engineering processesStrong attention to detail with excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and on a teamClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systemsReady to Make an Impact?If you're excited about turning technical concepts into real-world designs and want to work in a collaborative, hands-on environment-we'd love to hear from you.

You'll manage engineering timelines, oversee testing and prototyping, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across departments to bring practical, high-performing solutions to life. You'll also mentor a team of engineers, helping share the future of product development at Condux.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Product Development - Lead the design and development of new products from concept through production using a Stage-Gate process. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Ensure new products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.Team Leadership & Collaboration - Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to meet project goals. Collaborate with product management, marketing, operations, and quality teams to align on objectives and drive successful project execution.Engineering Design & Validation - Create and review engineering documentation and product specifications. Oversee prototyping and iterative testing to validate design concepts. Apply tools such as FEA and DFMEA to evaluate performance and mitigate risk.Project Management - Manage timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Support manufacturing during product launch and troubleshoot engineering issues as needed. Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory and quality standards.Requirements: What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 3-5 years of experience in product development, ideally in a related industry Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (Creo preferred) Experience with prototyping, testing, and product validation Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and engineering processes Familiarity with FEA, DFMEA, and regulatory compliance standardsEffective project management and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills Experience with complex assemblies that incorporate mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
